We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will drive our media and marketing plans and strategies to meet our marketing objectives. You will be responsible for a variety of marketing functions such as communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and maintaining social media presence. As a Marketing Manager, you should stay informed on marketing trends to create new and exciting initiatives, and to adapt current ones. You will also be invited to initiate and execute on internal company initiatives.
Our ideal candidate should have experience in the EdTech or education environment, be organised, able to work independently, be creative and have a passion for marketing.

The key skills required for this role are:
7 years experience in marketing focused on B2B, digital marketing and internal marketing.
Solid knowledge of different social media platforms.
Creative problem solving and innovation skills.

Excellent verbal and written skills.
The ability to think strategically.
Experience in writing a variety of content.
Knowledge of the EdTech industry would be advantageous.
Taking a pro-active approach to managing the marketing of Construct Education globally.
Taking a lead on all internal Construct team initiatives.
Adhering to Brand Guidelines (tone, language, & visual) in all work.
Maintaining social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube)- creating content for posts.
Recording social media and website KPIs at the end of each month.
Crafting Marketing Overview Reports (at the end of each month) and Marketing Plan Schedules (at the beginning of each month).
Updating the website to reflect new Initiatives and ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines.
Managing the blog pipeline - recruiting internal and external parties to craft blog content, putting the blogs through QC, adjusting to optimize SEO and targeting, and posting with visual assets.
Crafting a detailed and engaging internal newsletter every six weeks to keep employees up-to-date..
Supporting PR efforts through providing information, content, ensuring accuracy, and promoting externally published (featured) content internally and externally.
Maintaining internal Slack communications regarding announcements, news, & PR.
Hosting an annual virtual conference to build partner relationships, client rapport, and brand awareness.
Sales Enablement: crafting language and creating all one-pagers to support sales efforts; supporting the creation of sales pitch decks and any other requested sales collateral, B2B marketing.
Sending out all email marketing communications and maintaining a sectored, labeled emailing contact list.
Collecting keyword research each month to inform blog posts and general SEO.
Developing case studies - creating proposals for clients, gathering information, holding interviews, crafting the actual case study, gathering all approval, posting to the website, and promoting externally.
Preparing all materials to be used at externally hosted events: collateral, team preparation documents, associated campaign and teaser material.
Facilitating the collection, organization, and analysis of information for developing buyer personas.
