Project Manager | Talent Pipeline

Location: Cape Town | Work model: Hybrid (2 days in-office and 3 days remote) | Candidates outside CT will still be considered

Role Summary

We are seeking experienced project managers who are passionate about forging strong, long-lasting relationships with both client stakeholders and co-workers. You would be working with global clients and managing the delivery of online learning solutions.

Your Experience

Proven track record of managing projects (experience within the EdTech space would be advantageous)
Ability to foster and maintain relationships
Excellent organizational and time management skills and an ability to work to deadlines
Sharp problem-solving skills
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
An ability to work in an agile environment, by adapting to situations and understanding new concepts quickly.
Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Your Responsibilities

Delivery management: management of scope, timeline, quality, budget, communication, and integration.

Delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Manage the seamless delivery of our products with exceptional client service.
Drive improvement in delivery effectiveness and efficiency.

Stakeholder management: management of team, stakeholders, and escalations.

Lead, support and manage team members allocated to your project through effective communication.
Timeous escalation of project risks to relevant stakeholders
Foster and maintain client relationships
Effective management of client expectations
Partner with a portfolio of global clients.

Process management: initiation, planning, monitoring & control, execution, and closing of a project.

Create and manage project plans.
Prepare regular reports on project status and management of budgets.
Working with mandated project processes to meet internal and client requirements.
