OES, a market-leading OPM, and online education enabler has concluded its acquisition of global online program enablement company Construct Education.
The closing of the transaction on the 31st of January 2023, firmly brings together two of the world’s leading digital learning companies and affirms OES’s investment into acquiring a majority stake in Construct in November 2020.
Construct and OES share a vision of an academic-led, learner-centric approach to developing world-class online programs that provide rich and immersive learning experiences. The acquisition enables us to work closely together and offer our existing clients and partners additional solutions, providing them with enhanced expertise, deeper analytics, increased flexibility, and global client support.

The acquisition of Construct supports OES’s strategic objective to expand growth opportunities into new products, segments, and geographies. Construct provides the OES group the ability to develop standalone learning design services through an existing provider, with an immediate client base, a track record of client wins, and established learning design and ed-tech capability.

Construct is now a 100% owned subsidiary of the OES group and continues to operate under its existing brand from its offices in Salt Lake City, London, and Cape Town.
