Modern Slavery Statement

Construct Education Modern Slavery Statement

Construct Education (‘Construct’) is committed to ensuring modern slavery does not exist within its organization or supply chains. To date, there have been no reports of modern slavery within our organization, nor to the extent that it is applicable to our supply chains.

Construct is a value-centered organization that has a clear framework of rules and behaviors. We are a small company but remain committed to raising awareness across all employees to ensure all our services are sourced and supplied responsibly and ethically.

Our direct hiring practices require that every employee demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK (or the country that they are expected to work from) by producing a valid right-to-work document. Given the nature of the business, other than temporary contractors, Construct does not have a supply chain of any note.

In holding ourselves accountable, the reporting of any concerns or transgressions is encouraged so that they can be dealt with appropriately in accordance with our policies and procedures. Additionally, Construct’s Employee Handbook is periodically reviewed to ensure we recognize, report, and respond to all concerns or incidents of safeguarding. We are committed to continuous improvement and to protecting our employees by ensuring Construct’s policies and practices are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
